Ngongping 360 cable car transportation
You can reach Tung Chung cable car station by walking for about 5 minutes from Exit B of Tung Chung MTR station. If you take the bus, you can walk 10-15 minutes from the Shun Tung Road bus station.
One day tour for Ngongping
1. Ngong Ping Village
Once you arrive, you can explore Ngongping Village, which is located outside of the cable car station. The village is designed to resemble a traditional Chinese village and offers shops and restaurants such as a souvenir shop and Li-Nong Tea House. You can have a meal here as a rest stop or buy some local souvenirs.

Ngongping Village is the only way to go to the Tian Tan Buddha. There are several local snack stores and Douhua stores along the road. Also, you can see cows and a big stone plaque there.

2. Tian Tan Buddha
After leaving Ngongping village, you will arrive at Tian Tan Buddha, which is one of the most representative attractions in Hong Kong. It took 12 years of planning and construction. The Buddha is the tallest bronze Buddha statue in the world, with 34 meters hight and located at an altitude of 520 meters. 3. Po Lin Monastery
After walking 10 minutes from Tian Tam Buddha, you will arrive at Po Lin Monastery. Po Lin Monastery was established in 1906, and which already stood on Lantau Island for more than a hundred years. It has the architectural features of typical Chinese gardens. You can enjoy a delightful view of luxury buildings, shaded by lush trees and set off by booming flowers at every corner of the temple.
